GOG VAN DIE LAND MAGOG, DIE HOOFLEIER VAN MESEG EN TUBAL – ESEG. 38 – 39

Die profesie in Eseg. 38 en 39 word baie uitgedaag in moderne tye.

 As ‘n baie kort opsomming van die boek kan gesê word dat die kern van die boek Esegiël handel oor die meer as een keer se vernietiging van die tempel (Salomo s’n, Herodus s’n …. asook die aanslag op die Hemelse Tabernakel).       

Met die eerste verwoesting van Jerusalem en Salomo se tempel (586 v.C.), was Gog nie betrokke nie.

Gog is wel deur JaHUaH toegelaat om Jerusalem en die herboude tempel (wat Herodus gemoderniseer het), te vernietig sodat dit ‘n finale einde kon bring aan die Ou Testamentiese era, wat in 70 n.C. was.

En dan is Gog se laaste aanslag ook op die Nuwe Jerusalem en die Hemelse Tabernakel van die Koninkryk van die Hemel (2 Thess. 2:1 – 4) wat betrekking het op die naderende einde van ons huidige era. 

Dat Gog se betrokkenheid in verband met beide die Ou Testamentiese era en Nuwe Testamentiese era se eindes is, word ook bevestig in JaHUsha se profetiese rede in Matt. 24 toe die dissipels vir Hom twee vrae gevra het en hy dit so beantwoord het dat dit onderskeidelik op beide van die twee verskillende eras se eindes dui.

Esegiël se profesie is dus dubbeld gelaag, maar die neiging is om net aan ons era te dink wanneer Gog geïnterpreteer word, daarom benodig ons meer lig in verband met die interpretasie met betrekking tot beide eras.

Om die Ou Testamentiese Era van 70 n.C. net te ignoreer, lei tot ‘n misleidende persepsie wat ongelukkig veroorsaak dat ons saam met Gog werk om vir hom ‘n pad gebaan te kry in ons era.

DIE HUIS VAN ROTHSCHILD

In kort gesê is deel van die identiteit van Gog in ons tyd, die Rothschilds.  Kom ons kyk hoe die Huis van Rothschild na die finansiële troon van die hele wêreld gebring is.

Toe Rothschild op die toneel gekom het, was daar reeds Joodse gesinne in baie stede deur Europa wat stewig verskans was as geldskieters, soos wat bankiers in daardie dae genoem is.  In sy vroeë loopbaan het Mayer Amschel Rothschild vir hulle gewerk.    

Mayer Amschel was ‘n Jood en is gebore in 1743.  Hy sterf op 29 September 1812.   Die oorspronklike bedoeling was dat hy ‘n rabbie sou word, maar nadat sy pa oorlede is in 1754, het  Mayer Amschel sy rabbynse studies laat vaar sodat hy as ‘n bankier en geldskieter kon werk in Hannover.  Hy was ‘n Jood, maar het die van “Rothschild” aangeneem na aanleiding van die rooi skild wat hy bokant die deur van sy huis gehang het waar hy sake gedoen het.  

Rothschild beteken letterlik “Rooi Skild” in Duits.  Hierdie skild het ‘n rooi heksagram as ster ingesluit wat later deur die Sionistiese beweging oorgeneem is en tans pronk dit op die Israeliese vlag as ‘n blou ster.  Hierdie 6-puntige ster kan meetkundig geïnterpreteer word as 666. Natuurlik is 666 die nommer van die merk van die dier van Openbaring hoofstuk 13.

THE HOUSE OF ROTHSCHILD

In short, part of the identity of Gog in our time is the Rothschilds.  Let’s look at how the House of Rothschild was brought to the financial throne of the whole world.

When Rothschild came on the scene, there were already Jewish families in many cities throughout Europe firmly entrenched as moneylenders, as bankers were called in those days.  In his early career, Mayer Amschel Rothschild worked for them.   

Mayer Amschel was a Jew and was born in 1743. He died on September 29, 1812. The original intention was that he would become a rabbi, but after his father died in 1754, Mayer Amschel abandoned his rabbinic studies so that he could work as a banker and moneylender in Hannover.  He was a Jew, but took the surname “Rothschild”, according to the red shield he hung above the door of his house where he did business. 

Rothschild literally means “Red Shield” in German.  This shield included a red hexagram as a star, which was later adopted by the Zionist movement and is currently displayed on the Israeli flag as a blue star.  This 6-pointed star can be geometrically interpreted as 666. Of course, 666 is the number of the mark of the beast of Revelation chapter 13.

JOHN NELSON DARBY AND THE SECRET RAPTURE

The doctrine of the secret rapture was not always in place.  John Nelson Darby (1800 – 1882) brought it into the church in 1830 which was during the era when other cults were also established (1830 – 1880).

The 70 weeks in Dan. 9 is a consecutive period, but Premillennialism interrupts the line just after week 69, which causes a gap, and then adds into the gap “the dispensation of the church” (which was not revealed to the prophets …  that is what they say).   According to them, a “temporary church dispensation” exists simultaneously with an physical Israel and is therefore to be distinguished from each other in order to still make room for the existence of a physical Israel.  The 70th week (according to them) will only pick up again in the future after the secret rapture will have taken place, together with an Antichrist who will then physically appear on earth. 

Premillennialism pretends that the congregation/body of YaHUsha (the church) is something that was “added” later (like an afterthought) as a “temporary substitute” as if YaHUsha “could not get His kingdom established when He came” and as if He did not know that this would happen, and then the church period was temporarily implemented.  It’s all false and a denial of Scripture.

WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH?

For the first 280 years of Christian history, Christianity was banned by the Roman Empire, and Christians were terribly persecuted. This changed after the “conversion” of the Roman Emperor Constantine.

Constantine provided religious toleration with the Edict of Milan in AD313, effectively lifting the ban on Christianity. Later, in AD 325, Constantine called the council of Nicea in an attempt to unify Christianity.

Constantine envisioned Christianity as a religion that could unite the Roman Empire, which at that time was beginning to fragment and divide.

While this may have seemed to be a positive development for the Christian church, the results were anything but positive.

Just as Constantine refused to fully embrace the Christian faith, but continued many of his pagan beliefs and practices, so the Christian church that Constantine and his successors promoted progressively became a mixture of true Christianity and Roman paganism.

Examples of some of the customs that we still have today that are actually Roman paganism, is Christmast en Infant Baptism.

Die doktrine van die geheime wegraping was nie van altyd af in plek nie.  John Nelson Darby (1800 – 1882) het dit in 1830 in die kerk ingebring wat gedurende die era was toe daar ander kultusse ook tot stand gekom het (1830 – 1880).

Die 70 weke in Dan. 9 is ‘n aaneenlopende tydperk, maar Premillenianisme onderbreek die lyn net nà week 69 en voeg dan ‘n “tydelike dispensasie van die kerk” daarin. 

Diè “tydelike kerkdispensasie” bestaan volgens hulle gelyktydig te same met fisiese Israel en word dus onderskei van mekaar om sodoende nog steeds plek vir die bestaan van ‘n fisiese Israel te maak.  Die 70e jaarweek gaan (volgens hulle) eers weer aan wanneer die geheime wegraping sal plaasvind tesame met ‘n Antichris wat op die aarde gaan verskyn.  Maar is dit alles waar?

Premillenialisme maak asof die gemeente van JaHUsha (die kerk) iets is wat later “bygevoeg” is (soos ‘n nagedagte) as ‘n “tydelike substituut” asof JaHUsha “nie Sy koninkryk gevestig kon kry nie toe Hy gekom het nie” en asof Hy nie geweet het dat dit sou gebeur nie, en toe die kerkperiode tydelik geïmplimenteer het.  Dis alles vals en ‘n verloëning van die Skrif.

THE GLORIFICATION ON THE MOUNT

A mountain in Scripture symbolises a Kingdom, in this case, the Kingdom of Heaven.
