VOOR DIE TROON

Ons lees van die Groot Versoendag in Lev. 23:27 – 32 en in Lev. 16.  Dit moes vanaf die aand van die negende dag tot die aand van die tiende dag van die sewende maand gehou word, nadat die Laaste Basuin op die eerste dag van dieselfde maand geblaas het.  Die Groot Versoendag is reeds gedeeltelik vervul in JaHUsha Messias (Heb. 10) vir ons wat nog fisies in ons “tydelike tentwonings” woon (2 Kor.5), maar reeds tog al geestelik in hemelse plekke is (Ef. 2:6). 

Toekomstig sal daar ‘n laaste deel van vervulling wees wanneer ons voor die Troon van JaHUaH sal staan na die eerste opstanding, as die Verlostes van die aarde (die Gemeente van Eersgeborenes, Heb. 12:23).

YOM KIPPUR: Behold the Lamb and uphold His sacrifice

All the Feasts from the beginning to the end are a clearly prescribed map for our spiritual pilgrimage in following YaHUsha who is “the way, truth, and life” (John 14:6). This is the season of the appointed Feasts of the seventh month. May we “behold the Lamb of God” and uphold His blood that covers and takes away our humbly repentant sins in order to have eternal life.

No one will be able to ascend into His holy eternal presence without the consecration that comes through repentance and the covering of blood that makes us clean and righteous in His sight. Our sins will stand and condemn us unless we have repented for each sin we have been convicted of and then the blood of YaHUsha will proclaim us righteous and justified in the sight of the Great Commandment Giver and Judge.

DIE OPSTANDINGSOES MET DIE BLAAS VAN DIE LAASTE BASUIN

Die jaarlikse siklus van die feeste wat volgens Lev. 23 deur Israel gevier moes word, werp duidelike lig op die raadsplan van JaHUaH vir die mensdom.  Hierin kan ons die verlossingsplan volg vanaf die folterpaal en die reiniging van ons sondes, na die opstandingslewe en die vervulling met die Afgesonderde Gees, gevolg deur die lang pad van die verkondiging van die goeie nuus van die Koninkryk van die Hemel aan al die nasies, tot by die insameling van die oes met die wederkoms van JaHUsha die Gesalfde, wat aan die anderkant ook die uitstorting van Sy toorn behels.

Daar is drie vername oesfeeste.  Daar is die eersteling van die garsoes en die eerstelinge van die koringoes en dan lees ons ook van die oes van die druiwe en die pars daarvan.

In Lev. 23 was JaHUsha se opstanding uit die dood gesimboliseer deur die Eerstelinggerf want Hy die eerste was om uit die dood uit op te staan.  Eerstevrugte wat sodoende toegewy is aan JaHUaH, het die hele oes wat nog sou kom verteenwoordig (Rom. 11:16).  Die hele oes behoort dan aan JaHUaH en is dan afgesonderd en geseënd. 

Die graanoeste se eerstelinge simboliseer dus dat omdat JaHUsha opgewek is, gelowiges in Hom ook opgewek sal word.

Joh. 11:25 – 26  JaHUsha sê vir haar: Ek is die opstanding en die lewe; wie in My glo, sal lewe al het hy ook gesterwe;  en elkeen wat lewe en in My glo, sal nooit sterwe tot in ewigheid nie. Glo jy dit?

SABBATH AND FEASTS ACCORDING TO THE MELEKTZADEK “New and Living way”

In the Hebrew Roots movement virtually all are “Taught” to follow the “Torah of Moses”. They then attempt the impossible task of “Doing” this “Torah of Moses”, end up frustrated with the incompleteness and so some even Teach contrary to Scripture that “We Keep/Do the one’s that we can do”….. whereas the Torah instruction is to “Keep ALL this Torah”.

Some then go on to find the influence of the Oral Teachings of the Rabbi’s on the “Torah of Moses” giving the Traditions and Doctrines that we initially accepted as Scripture … only to find them to be “interpretations” with unscriptural origins.

To gain true understanding, we need to work with the principles elucidated in the examples and the teachings laid out for us in the MelekTzadek Scriptures (N.T.) so that we can apply Torah to our lives.

THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES

“It is better to take refuge in יהוה Than to trust in man.” – Psalm 118:8 

“Let us keep the Feast (Moed) …..”

This is what Shaul says in 1 Cor.  5:8.  This Portal of time to meet with YHWH still applies to us.

This is a good place to start when considering Succot/Tabernacles as the Moedim are the Moedim of YHWH.

Are we called to Keep YHWH’s Moed as a Chag according to the “Torah of Moses” as Judaism does ….or …. in the New and Living Way in Messiah.

DIE WINGERD VAN DIE AARDE EN DIE WARE WYNSTOK

Wanneer mens na die eindtydse oeste van Open. 14 kyk, is dit belangrik om te verstaan dat die wingerd van Open. 14 nie die “Ware Wynstok” is nie, maar die wingerd wat die Vyand gekaap het.

JaHUaH het Israel as ‘n wingerd geplant (Jes. 5:7), maar daardie wingerd is deur die Vyand binnegedring en verontreinig en het toe wilde druiwe voortgebring wat bedwelmende drank opgelewer het wat na die dood lei, die ewige dood, maar JaHUsha is die Ware Wynstok wat ware drank oplewer wat vir ons die ewige lewe gee.

THE EARTHLY ESCHATOLOGICAL VIEW VERSUS THE HEAVENLY

Messiah YaHUsha came proclaiming:   “The Kingdom of Heaven/Elohim is at hand (nigh)” … with EliYaHU/John the Baptist preparing the way for the Restoration of the MelekTzadek Order of Priesthood to REPLACE the temporary Levitical, which happened at the Stake when Caiaphas tore his High Priest Robe of Office and the Temple curtain was miraculously torn.

But today we have two systems.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps. 139:14). The eye in the intercranial anatomy is a Scriptural Spiritual map of YaHUsha’s teachings.

Mat 6:22 -23 “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. 
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”

MANDLA – Two Journeys, One Destination

“Mandla” is the Zulu word for “Power”. Rural general surgeon Servaise de Kock approached us at Kerugma Productions in 2011 with the script and invited us to film the movie at the rural KwaZulu-Natal hospital he worked at. His vision was to produce, release and distribute the movie to especially rural areas. MANDLA is an authentically South African production and should be understood in this context. Overseas viewers may find the conditions in the hospital scenes (eg. scarcity of linen) strange, but we trust the reality of some conditions will not distract from the main message.

The movie is followed by a few interesting interviews and a “Behind the Scenes” section. In short the movie is about … Mandla enjoys the pleasures of life but is aware of an emptiness that is not filled. Then tragedy strikes and he needs to make a decision… Fiona has an unplanned pregnancy. She wants to get rid of the “blob of tissue,” when she realizes that maybe there is more to it … We all get to a point of need where we have to decide which way to go. Where are you heading?
